Ugly Outfit Friday Week 3 AND Art Show Thursday Combined

This weeks outfit isn't ugly as far as I'm concerned. Often times this outfit comes up as part of my regular wardrobe cycle. I KNOW however that my three brothers and 99% of all men will think that this sweater is hideous because it is *GASP* pink. Actually, prior to WWII Pink was considered a boys color. Regardless, I'm secure enough in my manhood to wear it and that's all that really matters. So, since my mouth is still kind of sore due to a gaping hole and I didn't really feel like trying, this weeks *ugly* outfit is a pink sweater.

Ugly Outfit Friday Week 3

If you read my wife's blog then you know I had a tooth removed yesterday. After I came home yesterday I didn't really feel like drawing anything for Art Show Thursday. Today, however, my mouth is feeling a lot better so I've decided to do a late Art Show Thursday. Todays art is a graphic depiction of yesterdays event. The little guy put up a good fight but in the end the dentist won the battle.....

Do you just happen to have a totem pole in your backyard or what?

Yep. Our neighbor told us the grandfather of the original owners of our house carved them out of trees when the pool was installed. There is another one that the lower level of our deck was built around.

Okay, you get a bye this week due to Mr. Crack Head Tooth having to go buh-bye, BUT we really need to see a much better effort on UOF, or I will have lost all faith in your ability to really come up with an ugly outfit. So far, you've really only managed to look trendy and slightly quirky.

You are a great drawer! I love men in pink. Cody's been very into that color for a year. He has a few different pink shirts including one that says "Tough Boys Wear Pink".

i love pink on men. i think it looks really nice... my husband would disagree, though... he doesn't have the complexion for it, anyway. heh...

I always say it takes a real man to rock a pink shirt (or in this case a sweater).

Your drawing gave me goose flesh; I've got serious teeth issues, can't even hear someone talk about going to the dentist without freaking out.

No man has ever "rocked" a pink SWEATER. Someone may "pull off" wearing a pink sweater, but no one ever rocks it. BTW, you are really getting busy lately. Between "ugly outfit" Friday, "art show" Thursday, and "tooth pull" Wednesday, I don't think you'll be able to find time to come up with other cool days like: "indiscriminately give cash to your brother" Tuesday, or "do someone elses yard work" Saturday.
